Please make sure you direct your student’s attendance notes (and medical excuses) to CISattendance@lexrich5.org or to our attendance clerk, Tami Houmiel. She can be reached at 575-5704 or by emailing thoumiel@lexrich5.org. She will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Please access the Online Student Attendance Excuse Form using the link below to submit an excuse for your child's absence from school.
